This bid is being issued to solicit a qualified contractor which can provide turn-key services for the HVAC Replacement Project at Indian Spring Middle School. Replacement of HVAC Equipment at Indian Spring Middle School. All specifications are outlined in project manual and drawings offered by O'Connell Robertson. Anticipated Budget The anticipated budget for this project is $ 450,000.00. Contingency The Contingency for this project is $ 45,000.00. Liquidated Damages The liquidated damages for this project are $75.00 per day. Contract Period/Terms: A contract entered into as a result of an award by the District under this Solicitation must be available to begin providing goods and/or services starting on Monday, January 17, 2022 and continue to be valid until completion of this project on Friday, June 24, 2022. These dates are subject to change Last Date for Questions Wednesday, November 10, 2021, @ 2:00 P. M. CST A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the greatest amount bid must accompany the bid submittal documents, either in the form of a bid bond or a Certified Check. A Payment and Performance Bond shall be required on individual projects of $25,000.00 or more. Bonds shall be made and payable to and its form approved by the owner in accordance to Texas Government Code 2253.021 (a through g).
