Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2022-09-26 Submission sent electronically accepted: No THE BOIS-FRANCS SCHOOL SERVICES CENTER is requesting bids for the refurbishment of ventilation systems U5, U7, U8 and U9 as well as the redevelopment of the cafeteria at Le boisé de Victoriaville high school. The work, without being limited to it, is the addition of a mechanical room in the space of the existing attic to install the new units U5, U7 and U8, the replacement of the U9 unit, the addition of solar walls, modernization of the mechanical room of the U9 system, addition of aerothermal heat pumps for the U5, U7, U8 and U9 systems, plumbing, heating, control and electrical connections for the new ventilation systems as well as temporary ventilation and heating of the school during the work period. All tenders must be accompanied by a tender guarantee representing 10% of the total amount of the tender issued to the order of Center de services scolaire des Bois-Francs valid for a period of 45 days excluding all applicable taxes, in the form of a certified cheque, irrevocable letter of guarantee or bid bond issued by a financial institution, failing which the bid will be automatically rejected. This tender guarantee must be exchanged at the signing of the contract for a performance guarantee and a guarantee of obligations for wages, materials and services.
