The overall project includes the following two individual infrastructure improvement packages: A) Delaware Coastal Business Park Phase 2 - Little Creek Avenue B) Baltimore Avenue Reconstruction Questions shall be directed to Mark Parker at (302) 855-7382. Each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Guarantee equivalent to ten (10) percent of the amount of the base bid and all alternates. The bid guarantee may be a certified check or a bid bond secured by a surety authorized to do business in Delaware. The Bid Guarantee shall be made payable to Sussex County Council. A bid bond shall be submitted in the format attached hereto. Construct roadway, site and utility improvements in accordance with Plans for Delaware Coastal Business Park Phase 2 - Little Creek Avenue dated October 8, 2021, and Delaware Coastal Business Park Baltimore Ave Reconstruction dated April 16, 2021, both prepared by BMG, Inc. Included as specification reference are the current versions of the DelDOT Standard Specifications, Supplemental Specifications, and Standard Details, as well as all pertinent Sussex County Specifications. Work includes but is not limited to Construction Layout, Maintenance of Traffic, Grading, Enclosed Storm Drainage, Sanitary Sewer, Fire Mains, Domestic Water Lines, Pump Station Relocation, Curb & Gutter, Sidewalk, Paving, Striping, Signage, Fencing, Guardrail, Underground Conduit, Stormwater Management Provisions, Landscaping, and Site Restoration. There will be no Pre-Bid Conference held for this project.
