Awarded to: HORIZON ENGINEERING ASSOCS, LLP $127,930.60 New York City Department of Design and Construction, Division of Public Buildings intends to enter into Requirements Contracts with up to three (3) qualified firms to perform Commissioning and Related Services for Various Projects, in any of the City's five (5) Boroughs. The selected Consultants will be required to provide commissioning services and related services,including retro-commissioning and energy auditing, for various projects, as specified by the commissioner, on a Task Order basis. The services the Consultant may be required to provide shall include without limitation the services set forth in Article 6 of the attached Contract and are further described in the Design Consultant Guide, which is accessible at the location provided in Exhibit E of the attached Contract. Individual Task Orders may include a scope of work for single or multiple services. Services may be required for new construction, building addition, or renovation projects, or individual systems, and may be for projects constructed under either a design-build or design-bid-build process.The project duration in consecutive calendar days (CCDs) for each project will be specified in the Task Order depending on project's scope and complexity.The selected Consultants will be required to comply with the Contract and will be evaluated on their performance throughout the term of the Contract. The selected Consultants shall provide the services through their own employees and/or through their Subconsultants. All proposers must familiarize themselves with the requirements described in the Standard Requirements Contract for Commissioning and Related Services attached to this RFP Question deadline has been extended to Monday, November 29, 2021 at 4:00PM. All responses, including but not limited to the Technical Proposal (Questionnaire) must be submitted through the PASSPort System. Anticipated Contract Start Date:08/11/2022.
