End of Service Date: 04/01/2023 Questions Deadline: 01/04/2022 Answers Due Date: 01/12/2022 The scope of the project shall consist of but is not limited to selective demolition work to include certain existing walls, slabs, ceilings, concrete, louvers, louver bird screens, downspout, gutter drain, chiller, air-cooled condensers, expansion tank, controls, air compressor, air separator, chilled water and condensate piping, sheet metal, flexible and exhaust service air ducts, DDC controls, insulation, luminaires, electrical main switch, panels, wiring, conduits, circuit breakers, motor control center, and all incidental accessories, hardware, and supports. New work to include installation of certain new louver bird screens, reinstalling removed louvers, gutters and downspout lines, interior concrete housekeeping equipment pads, openings through existing exterior wall, patch wall openings, new chiller, new air-cooled condensers, expansion tank, air separator, chilled water and condensate piping, sheet meal, flexible and exhaust air ducts, insulation, DDC controls, new electrical main switch, panels, conduits, circuit breakers, luminaires, electrical receptacles, painting, and all incidental accessories, structural supports, and hardware. This building houses the University's athletic program and operates 24/7. Onsite work duration and utility outages, including HVAC, will be limited.
