The Township is seeking a well-qualified, experienced firm to assist the Township in developing and administering the Township's American Rescue Plan Act Funds, which includes the processing, verification and approval of grant applications. The Township is providing details below concerning Program criteria and the contemplated services that will be requested by the successful contractor, however, the Township is relying upon the experience and knowledge of the contractor to specify the full extent of services that may be needed to develop and implement the Program. Services to include, but not limited to, plan development, reporting, management and disbursements, of the Township's ARPA LFRF allocation. The Township Council reserves the right to reject all proposals pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:11-13.2 (Rejection of Bids) and to waive such minor informalities as may be permitted by law. Respondents are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27-1 et seq., Affirmative Action requirements. Respondents are also required to comply with N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.4 et seq., P.L. 2004, Chapter 19 (as amended by P.L. 2005, c.51) and Cherry Hill Ordinances 2007-21 and 2008-9. All addenda so issued shall become part of the contract documents and shall be acknowledged by the bidder by signing the addenda and including in the bid submission. The owner's interpretations or corrections thereof shall be final. Addenda will be forwarded to all registered vendors as prescribed by law. Addenda will also be posted Electronically Sealed bids forwarded to the owner before the time of opening of bids may be withdrawn upon written application of the respondent who shall be required to produce evidence showing that the individual is or represents the principal or principals involved in the bid. Once bids have been opened, they shall remain firm for a period of sixty (60) calendar days. Term of Contract: three (3) years with one (1) - one (1) year renewal at the sole discretion of the Township under the same terms, conditions and pricing as original submission to begin at final execution of contracts. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
