The Project generally includes the installation of a septic tank, pumping chamber, and a new soil treatment area. The existing composting toilet system will be removed from the Oak Meadows restroom and the existing soil treatment area abandoned. The Oak Meadows restroom will be renovated to achieve ADA compliance. Completed work must meet this scope of work, attached specifications, and construction details. All the construction will be within County owned property and has El Paso County oversight. The Project is NOT subject to Davis-Bacon requirements, and there are no DBE requirements.
