Questions Due Date: Jan 26th 2022, 12:00 PM MST Colorado Springs School District 11 is requesting proposals from Contractors to upgrade the HVAC system at Mitchell High School. Project will replace existing boiler plant, unit ventilators, air handlers, and exhaust fans, as well as upgrade the Building Automation System (BAS). The requirements listed under General Conditions and Supplemental General Conditions and the General Requirements are applicable to this Section and all subsequent sections of this Division and form a part of the contract. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
