As of January 4 the project was awarded to Rolin Construction Inc, no awarded amount available.. Work consist of: Supply labor and materials to construct 27 Aluminum Carports in Fred Walker subdivision. Roof decks will be white insulated aluminum panels. Carports will be 24' by 24' in size with an engineered wind speed rating of 130 MPH. Columns will be embedded in concrete. Some carport slabs will need saw cutting to accommodate the embedment. Deck height will be roughly 8' 6" on the low side. Exact heights approved by Housing per unit to keep conformity in subdivision. Carports will be white in color and have a shed roof sloped towards road. One row of seamless gutter with two down spouts with turnouts on the low side. Any disturbed soil will need to be graded and sodded upon completion. The carports are to match that of Willow Creek Subdivision.
