Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Maintenance and Repair Services at Water and Wastewater Treatment Facilities. The intent of this Request for Tenders is to obtain the services of a company with licensed HVAC technician(s) to perform HVAC repairs, installations and preventative maintenance for the City of Hamilton's water and wastewater treatment facilities. The objective is to perform preventative maintenance and repairs including but not limited to inspections, belt adjustments and/or replacements, filter cleaning and/or replacements, heating and cooling coil cleaning, heating and refrigerant system inspections, testing and repairs per ASHRAE Standards.
