Renovation of a medical facility in Hamilton, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
Demolition and renovation of its existing Pharmacy Compounding space located in level 0 of the Mary Grace building at our 50 Charlton Ave East Site. The adjacent space surrounding this area is all Pharmacy operations and will need to be in operation during the project. The successful contractor will have great knowledge in Infection Control procedures within hospital environments. This project involves many changes and upgrades to existing Electrical and Mechanical systems including the installation of a new HVAC unit that will be located on the roof of our Chapel on the main floor of the Mary Grace Building. This space will be built to Pharmacy standards to include Sterile and Non-Sterile compounding rooms that will have fume hood exhaust and specialty clean room finishes. Estimated construction value: $1m - $2m
