St. Joseph's Healthcare Hamilton requires a qualified General Contractor for interior renovation work in the Emergency Department (ED) to create new offices for administration and back-of-house staff services. SJHH is undertaking the demolition of a large open concept office space located in Level 1 of the Juravinski Tower, opposite of the Emergency Department, located at 50 Charlton Avenue East, Hamilton. The project will also involve modifying and upgrading existing electrical and mechanical systems. The surroundings spaces on level 1, are active clinical and public spaces that must remain operational during the project. Additionally, plumbing work will take place in the ceiling space of level 0, which is where the Diagnostic Imaging (DI) department is located.
