Site work for a water / sewer project in Matewan, West Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Separate Bids will be received for Contract No. 1 - General Construction; Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis the contract, as indicated in the Bid Form. The date that the Bidding Documents are transmitted by the Issuing Office will be considered the Bidder's date of receipt of the Bidding Documents. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office. Furnishing all materials, labor, and necessary items for the construction and installation of approximately 32,060 LF of 8" water line, 23,200 LF of 6" water line, 7,375 LF of 4" water line, 10,310 LF of 2" water line one (1) booster pump station, two (2) pressure reducing valves, meters, valves, fire hydrants and all other items and appurtenances as outlined in the Plans and Specifications.
