Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Inverness, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.
Citrus County, Florida (County) invites interested parties to submit a Proposal to provide reconstruction of existing dock and sidewalk at Eden Park that meets the ADA Compliance Standards. Question End Date 11/10/2021 4:00 PM Bond Required No Performance Bond Required No Construction of new 6' wide by 24' long fixed dock with side railings on new supports, pitch and level end platform to meet ADA compliance. Installation of 5' wide by 12' long hinged aluminum ramp way with side railings. Construction of 8' wide by 24' long aluminum framed floating dock with 4 galvanized pipe guides and pvc sleeves, dock perimeter will have bumpers on 3 sides, 6 tie cleats and four inner roller guides for pipe guides. All decking will be composite material with stainless steel hardware. Construction of new sidewalk using existing footprint to a width of 5' to meet ADA compliance. Removal and disposal of existing sidewalk, fixed dock, ramp way, floating dock, and supports. All permitting (County, Army Corps, FL Dept. of Environment Protection) will be the contractor's responsibility.
