Site work for a water / sewer project in Farmington, Utah. Design plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
As of January 4, 2021, the engineer has been selected. No firm timeline has been established for bidding and construction. *The previous solicitation is listed below for reference The District operates an existing irrigation well (Farmington #1) located in Farmington east of Highway 89 between Park Lane and Shepard Lane. The pump has been out of service for some time and needs to be updated. The District would like to switch the water from the well to feed the District's culinary water system. To do this, the pumping equipment needs to be updated along with new electrical components and a new culinary line will need to be installed. With the changeover, an intermediate booster pump station with storage tank is anticipated to be needed. There is a possibility that the existing well house could be retrofitted or entirely replaced. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this time.
