Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Wahpeton, North Dakota. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The project shall include the reconstruction of Loy Avenue from 11th St. North to 14th Avenue, reconstruction of Concord Court, reconstruction of 12th St. North from Husky Drive to 14 1/2 Avenue North, pavement replacement on 12th St. North from 14 1/2 Avenue North to 16th Avenue North, and pavement replacement on 15th Avenue North from 12th St. North to 11th St. North; consisting of pavement removal, pipe removal, storm sewer, watermain, water services, sanitary sewer, sanitary services, geogrid, salvaged base course, hot bituminous pavement, edge drain, curb & gutter, driveways, sidewalks, pavement marking, signage, remote rapid flashing beacons, seeding, hydromulch, trees and other miscellaneous items. The project will consist of the following approximate quantities: 7,675 CY Unclassified Excavation 1 Acres Seeding and Hydro Mulch 3,700 CY Salvaged Base Course 7,000 TONS FAA43 Hot Bituminous Pavement 2,125 LF Concrete Storm Sewer Various Sizes 1,850 LF PVC Sanitary Sewer Various Sizes 2,760 LF PVC C900 Watermain Various Sizes 6,600 LF Curb & Gutter 27 Water Services 27 Sanitary Sewer Services Traffic Control and all miscellaneous work necessary therefor and incidental thereto. 1.
