The intent of this bid call is to solicit and receive formal offers to perform the following Work: All work to be completed in Spruce Cliff Home Cottage 1, 2 and Connector, Addition and Court Yard 1 and 2. Removal and disposal of the existing wood windows, supply, delivery and install of the full frame new windows. Existing vinyl and aluminum windows inside the Connector and Court Yard 1 and 2 to remain. Removal and disposal of the existing wood (Cottage 1 and 2) and vinyl siding Connector and Court Yard 1 and 2), supply, delivery and install of the new vertical Fiber Cement siding (aka. Hardie Board). Color to match the existing brick wall. New windows to be vinyl, double glaze, argon filled, energy star rated windows, white color. Existing window casing to be reused. Patch and paint, and fix any areas that are damaged during installation and removal. Contractor to confirm OSM and rough opening sizes prior to bidding, manufacture, and report any discrepancies to the Province. The Construction Association has been advised by the tendering authority that a Planholders list will not be maintained or available for this project.
