Site work for a mixed-use development in Valley Center, California. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and water / sewer project.
The County of San Diego (County), Department of Parks and Recreation, Has a Need for Repairs at Scibila Field Park as Per Statement of Work Herein. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision and other items and services necessary to perform the following maintenance on the water well system at Scibilia Field Park. Prevailing wages apply to this project. Special Requiremens 1 submersible 3HP motor, 230V, 1PH, 4" GFS 1 submersible 50 GPM pump, 3HP, 8STG S/R 1 3HP control box, 230V, Deluxe GFS 1 pressure control switch Mount electrical box to pressure switch on a new pressure treated 4"X4" post set in concrete at 30" 1 pressure gauge, 0-200PSI 1 centrifugal separator, inlet & outlet 1", flow rate 19-32 GPM 2 steel pressure tanks, in-kind 1 1/2 inch Sch120 piping 2 liquid tight flexible electrical conduits; well head to control switch, and control switch to electrical panel. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision and other items and services necessary to perform the following maintenance work on the existing water well system at Scibilia Field County Park.
