Site work and paving for a civil project in Buckeye, Arizona. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The City intends to procure a Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) to construct the roadway improvements for the Improvements to Verrado Way and Yuma Road Intersection, North to Van Buren Street project. The following is a general summary of the project and is not intended to be a comprehensive scope of work. The most qualified Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) team that can demonstrate experience in all the following areas will be selected to prepare a more comprehensive and complete scope of work as an exhibit and portion of their Construction Manager at Risk contract The Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) will provide preconstruction and construction services for the road improvements along Verrado Way, from the intersection at Yuma Road north to Van Buren Street, approximately one mile. The contractor will furnish all labor, materials, equipment and services to complete the work. The project includes designing and constructing a 4-lane roadway-two lanes in each direction-with a center turn lane and will incorporate both interim and ultimate conditions. A comprehensive drainage analysis and report will be completed to support the design of a raised median and ensure long-term stormwater management. The CMAR will also oversee the final design and construction of ultimate intersection improvements at Verrado Way and Yuma Road, including full halfstreet improvements for the parcel on the southeast corner. Coordination with design teams, utility companies, and stakeholders will be essential to ensure timely delivery and quality construction. Deadline for Questions April 30, 2025, at 3:00 PM local time
