Renovation of a municipal facility in Centreville, Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The contractor shall provide and install the electric motor actuators in accordance with the complete specification as provided in this IFB. A Performance Bond is required for this project. The bond shall equal 100% of the total cost to provide and install the actuators as described in Section 2- Scope of Work. The bond shall remain in effect until one (1) year after individual project completion and UOSA project acceptance. Bond shall be submitted within 14 calendar days of notification by the Purchasing Agent. The cost of any required bonds will be provided on the Pricing Summary Sheet (Attachment E) where noted. The cost of the bond shall not be considered in evaluating the price of the Work as required on the Pricing Summary Sheet.
