The Upper Occoquan Service Authority (UOSA), the Owner, invites qualified contractors to submit sealed Bids for the project known as "Building U Organic Solids Dewatering Improvements," and also by the name "Contract U2." The Work includes, but is not limited to, replacement of existing dewatering centrifuge No. 4, replacement of the existing dewatered sludge transfer screw No. 1 and modifications to existing systems/facilities to complete the Work in accordance with the Contract Documents.
