Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Monticello, Iowa. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The project includes reconstruction of approximately 500 SY of pavement, 500 LF of water main, 120 LF of sanitary sewer, 65 LF of storm sewer, 310 LF of sanitary pipe lining, along East 7 th Street, from Cedar Street to North Sycamore Street in Monticello, Iowa. The utility improvements project generally includes utility improvements, associated pavements, sidewalk reconstruction, water main, sanitary sewer, and storm sewer construction. Bid Bond Required: 10% of Total Bid Performance Bond: 100% of Contract Price Contractor shall fully complete the project no later than May 31, 2022. Contractor shall fully complete work in Stage 2 within 10 working days, to which working day count will commence when Stage 2 traffic control is installed and traffic is detoured.
