Upgrades to Burkholder St and the Leisure Centre Driveway. The scope of work includes installation of traffic calming measures, pedestrian safety measures. TIMELINE: The Request For Proposals issued by the Town of Whitchurch-Stouffville from Consultants for for the Class Environmental Assessment for the Burkholder Neighbourhood in the community of Stouffville has closed. Submissions are being reviewed with an award expected early summer, 2022. The award is subject to budget availability. The project description and scope of work are as set out in this Request for Proposal, as may be amended by addendum issued by the Town. The scope includes all necessary services to ensure the project is completed in compliances with Town standards and Class Environmental Assessment Requirements. The project will be divided into two separate sections; part A the Class Environmental Assessment; and Part B, the Preliminary Design Report with Engineering Drawings. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
