This project requires the Contractor to renovate the interior of the Turner Building and the Hough Tech Center to include but not be limited to wall demolition, paint, new floors, new casework, maars walls etc as shown in the drawings. Contractor shall furnish all materials, tools, equipment, and labor necessary to perform the scope in accordance with the requirements, recommendations, and specifications of this document. Award of the bid will be based on lowest and best qualified bid at the owner's discretion. All bids equal to or greater than $5,000 must be accompanied by a Bidder's Bond executed by the Bidder as Principal and by a Surety Company authorized to do business in Missouri as the Surety; or a company check in a sum equal to five percent (5%) of the total amount of the Bid. The Owner reserves the right to conduct additional pre-bid meetings, if necessary, to fulfill the bidding requirements of the Board of Education and State of Missouri for competitive bidding.
