Site work for a mixed-use development in San Diego, California. Completed plans call for site work for a educational facility.
Mandatory site visits are scheduled for projects in Group 2A , outside the main office of Encanto Elementary School, 822 65th Street, San Diego, CA 92114. Upon completion, all contractors will proceed to Nye Elementary School, 981 Valencia Parkway, San Diego, CA 92114. Upon completion, all contractors will proceed to Horton Elementary School, 5050 Guymon Street, San Diego, CA 92102. Upon completion, all contractors will proceed to Chollas Mead Elementary School, 401 North 45th Street, San Diego, CA 92102. Upon completion, all contractors will proceed to César Chavez Elementary School, 1404 South 40th Street, San Diego, CA 92113. Mandatory site visits are scheduled for projects in Group 2B outside the main office of Green Elementary School, 7030 Wandermere Drive, San Diego, CA 92119. Upon completion, all contractors will proceed to Dailard Elementary School, 6425 Cibola Road, San Diego, CA 92120. Upon completion, all contractors will proceed to Hearst Elementary School, 6230 Del Cerro Blvd., San Diego, CA 92120. Upon completion, all contractors will proceed to Jerabek Elementary School, 10050 Avenida Magnifica, San Diego, CA 92131. Upon completion, all contractors will proceed to Miramar Ranch Elementary School, 10770 Red Cedar Drive, San Diego, CA 92131. CONTRACTORS MUST BE PRESENT AT ALL 10 SITES IN ORDER TO BID THIS PROJECT. ALL CONTRACTORS MUST PREREGISTER WITH THE DISTRICT PRIOR TO ATTENDING THE SITE WALK The project estimate is between $1,000,000 and $1,200,000. This is a PSA project and requires prequalification. The District requires that Bidders possess any of the following classification(s) of California State Contractors License(s), valid and in good standing, at the time of bid opening and contract award: B or other appropriate license, subject to District approval. Payments shall be made by check payable to SAN DIEGO UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT. If the payment for Bid and Contract Documents is refundable, refunds will be processed by the District only if the Bid and Contract Documents, including all addendums, are returned intact and in good order to Crisp Imaging within ten (10) days of the issuance of the Final Bid Tabulation
