REMOVE EXISTING ROOFTOP AIR COOLED CHILLER UNIT AND ASSOCIATED PIPING AND ELECTRICAL. ROOF CURBS AND STEEL TO REMAIN 2. REMOVE EXISTING ROOFTOP AIR COOLED CONDENSING UNIT AND ASSOCIATED PIPING AND ELECTRICAL. STEEL AND ROOF CURBS TO REMAIN. 3. REMOVE EXISTING INDOOR AHU AND ASSOCIATED DUCTWORK, PIPING AND 4. REMOVE EXISTING ABANDONED MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT IN MER. III 5. INSTALL NEW AHU AND ASSOCIATED DUCTWORK, PIPING AND ELECTRICAL IN PLACE OF EXISTING IN MER. 6. INSTALL NEW AIR COOLED CONDENSING UNIT IN PLACE OF EXISTING ON ROOF UTILIZING EXISTING STEEL
