The State of Florida, Department of Military Affairs (DMA), Construction & Facility Management Office (CFMO) requests qualifications from Professional Services Firms for Architectural-Engineering (A/E) services for DESIGN and Development of Construction Documents for the Construction of a new National Guard Readiness Center at Immokalee, Florida. DMA intends to use the design as a prototype, site adapted for follow on similar Readiness Centers in Zephyrhills and Homestead, pending the availability of funds. DMA intends to contract with the firm determined to be most qualified under this solicitation for all contemplated designs, however, DMA reserves the right to contract with additional firms for the follow on projects if determined to be in the best interest of the state.
