Site work and new construction of a community center in Immokalee, Florida. Single story 3500 sq. ft. CBS construction. Earthwork for the project is essentially complete, however there is still undergroud utilities to complete including sewer, water and fire lines. Project is funded by a CDBG Grant and therefore Davis - Bacon Wages and reporting from all subcontractors is required. Wage rates are included under the documents tab. THIS IS A REBID. CHANGES WERE MADE TO THE ROOF DECK. IT WAS CHANGED FROM A WET DECK TO A HOLLOW CORE PLANK DECK.
