Site work for a mixed-use development in Canton, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and sidewalk / parking lot.

Work shall be as indicated in the project drawings and project manual; and includes: Underground infrastructure improvements as indicated on Drawings as required for future work. Site improvements including: Finished Driveways Employee parking area. Walking path. CLD Driver training pad. Site lighting. Security cameras. Landscaping. Deadline for questions and clarifications: Wednesday November 3, 2021. Deadline for responses to questions and clarifications: Thursday November 4, 2021. In Compliance with this Request for Proposals and to all conditions imposed therein and hereby incorporated by reference, the undersigned offers and agrees to furnish the goods/services described herein in accordance with the attached signed proposal or as mutually agreed upon by subsequent negotiation. This project is funded by Federal Transit Administration (FTA) and is subject to all applicable FTA, Federal, State, and Local Procurement Regulations. Bid Guarantee - Each bidder is generally required to provide a bid guarantee equivalent to 5 percent of its bid price. The bid guarantee must consist of a firm commitment such as a bid bond, certified check, or other negotiable instrument accompanying a bid to ensure that the bidder will honor its bid upon acceptance. Performance Bond - Contractors generally must obtain a performance bond for 100 percent of the contract price. A performance bond is obtained to ensure completion of the obligations under the third-party contract. Payment Bond - Contractors generally must obtain a standard payment bond. A payment bond is obtained to ensure that the contractor will pay all people supplying labor and material for the third-party contract as required by law. FTA has determined that payment bonds in the following amounts are adequate to protect FTA's interest and will accept a local bonding policy that meets the following minimums: - a) Less Than $1 Million - Fifty percent of the contract price if the contract price is not more than $1 million b) More Than $1 Million but less than $5 Million -Forty percent of the contract price if the contract price is more than $1 million but not more than $5 million -or- c) More Than $5 Million - Two and one half million dollars if the contract price is more than $5 million .
