Value $140,000 - $180,000 Furnish all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to accomplish the following, for cottages 1346, 1348, 1350, 1352, 1354, 1356, 1358, and 1360. Project to be conducted in 2 roofs at a time as units are taken offline. Remove approximately 1100 sq. ft. of existing asphalt shingles and underlayment down to existing wood sheathing. Remove existing drip edge. Repair/replace any damaged/rotted sheathing/framing prior to installation of new underlayment. Remove existing vent flashing(s). Provide new flashing(s) and secure to structure. Furnish and install new eve drip. Furnish and install new underlayment, Grace Ice and Water Shield or equivalent. Furnish and install new 24ga. standing seam metal roof system, 16 1/2 " panels with Kynar 500 finish, Sierra Tan color. Approved Manufacturers are Gulf Coast Supply - Gulfseam hidden screw metal roof system and Reed's Metals, Inc. Secure-Seam. Contractor responsible to furnish all necessary equipment, material and labor to complete the project, including the removal and legal disposal of all debris off CBJTC property. Permitting is the responsibility of the contractor. All work to be done in accordance with current codes, regulations and requirements of Clay County and the State of Florida.
