Renovation of an educational facility in Castro Valley, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

We invite you to submit your bid and material quote for any project on our current bid list. Bids from certified Disabled Veteran Business Enterprises (DVBEs), Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBEs), Minority Business Enterprises (MBEs), Women's Business Enterprises (WBEs), Local Business Enterprises (LBEs) and Small Business Enterprises (SBEs) are encouraged and welcomed. Work of this Contract comprises general construction including remodeling of the 200 Wing, 300 Wing, and 700 Wing. The 200 and 300 Wings work includes complete renovation of existing boys' and girls' restrooms, and drinking fountain replacement, re-glazing of existing storefront window system, and replacing existing unit heaters in each classroom with new VRF systems including related work to the furnace closet enclosures. The 200 and 300 Wings includes fire alarm system upgrades and fire suppression system. The 200 and 300 Wings includes new flooring in the existing mezzanine and isolated roof top pop up to provide space for mechanical equipment to be placed in the attic. The 700 Wing includes: several classrooms connected to new laboratories, Rooms 753, 758, and 759; at Room 757, remove and replace all 700 RTUs. Provide new polyvinyl chloride roofing. Commission and balance new HVAC system. Modernize all restrooms. Located at Castro Valley High School for Castro Valley Unified School District, Owner.
