Renovation of a mixed-use development in Lockport, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The work includes, but is not limited to, replacement of three large rooftop units with two rooftop units, the installation of three smaller rooftop units, related lay-in ceiling and lighting replacement and structural reinforcement for the RTU's. A mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for October 29, 2021 at 9:00 am at Fairmont School, 735 Green Garden Place, Lockport, Illinois 60441. All bids must be accompanied by an electronic Bid Bond of ten percent (10%) of the amount of the base bid. Contractors shall guarantee their submitted Bid Proposal for a ninety (90) day period from the date of Bid Opening. This project is subject to the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act.
