Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Scottsdale, Arizona. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; for the construction of a playground / park / athletic field; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The City of Scottsdale is seeking a qualified Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) to provide preconstruction and complete construction phase services for the City of Scottsdales Dog Park at Thompson Peak Park project. Generally, this project will require cost estimating, provide value engineering and constructability, design potholing and construction of a new 3.5-acre Dog Park which includes new utilities, restrooms, parking, and site drainage. Questions must be received in writing by 12:00 p.m., local time, Tuesday, April 5, 2022. Responses to questions will be posted to the Citys website, at the address above, by close of business, Friday, April 8, 2022, by addendum. The City of Scottsdale reserves the right to reject any oral Statements of Qualifications, to waive any informality or irregularity in any Request for Qualifications received, and to be the sole judge of the merits of the respective Statements of Qualifications received.
