It is the intent of the City to complete these projects within 36 months of the selection of the CMAR. Paiute Park- Demolish existing structure and build new ground up facility-$275,000 construction budget approx. 8-week construction duration. El Dorado Park North-build new ground up facility-$247,000 construction budget-approx. 8- week construction duration. Pima Park-Demolish existing structure and build new ground up facility-$276,000 construction budget-approx. 8-week construction duration. Chaparral Park- Demolish existing structure and review option for prefabricated building.- $247,000 construction budget-approx. 8 week construction duration. Scottsdale Ranch Park-Demolish existing structure and build new facility-$347,000 construction budget-approx. 8-week construction duration. Thunderbird Park- Demolish existing structure and build new facility-$339,000 construction budget-approx. 8-week construction duration. Other park restroom facilities be added to this scope of work as determined by the needs of the City of Scottsdale and the Parks and Recreation Department. Projects may be performed concurrently to optimize construction efficiencies; however, available funding and facility availability may restrict the schedule.
