Site work, new construction and renovation of a water / sewer project in Memphis, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The project scope is to provide the following: removal and demolition ofthe existing high service pump motor; purchase and installation of a new complete 700 horsepower VFD and motor for the high service pump; purchase and installation of a new' Climate Control System for the existing room with Trane outdoor condenser; and provide all related appurtenances at MLGW's Davis Pumping Station, 1800 West Shelby Drive, Memphis, TN 38109 as outlined in accordance with the Contract Documents, Drawings and Specifications. Addendum #1 has been issued. Addendum #2 has been issued, which extended the bid due date. There was a previous mandatory prebid meeting -required in order to submit a bid.
