Shelby County reserves the right to modify this timeline at any time.The County reserves the right, for any reason to accept or reject any one or more proposals, to negotiate the term and specifications for the services provided, to modify any part of the RFP, or to issue a new RFP Goods/Services to Commence July 1, 2022 The initial contract term will begin July 1, 2022 or immediately upon execution of the contract through June 30, 2023, with the option to renew for four (4) additional one year periods beginning July through June, with the same terms and conditions and satisfactory performance of all criteria and subject to the availability of funds for each renewal period. Provide a performance bond of one hundred percent (100%) of the total contract amount for the services.
