Services include, but are not limited to, civil construction services required for ENWIN's hydro manhole rehabilitation and repair works, as described in Appendix A (Scope of Work). Contractors who received express notification from ENWIN that they were prequalified as an outcome to RFPQ 2021-054 (each a "Prequalified Bidder"), and subject to changes that may be permitted by the RFT Documents: (a) only Prequalified Bidders are eligible to participate in this RFT and to submit a Bid; and (b) any submission received from a person who is not a Prequalified Bidder will not be considered. ENWIN is seeking to solicit Bids from the Prequalified Bidders for the provision of Manhole Rehabilitation Services - Hydro. ENWIN intends to select a Contractor to provide a variety of utility related construction services to maintain its existing infrastructure and expand to meet customer growth. The services shall include provision of miscellaneous civil underground manhole work and repairs throughout the City of Windsor, including the installation of entire civil structures and the replacement of manhole lids. Furnish all necessary labour, supervision, materials, equipment and services for the engineered repairs and replacement of nine (9) ENWIN electrical manholes. The work also includes working in close proximity to high and low voltage and communication cables. A detailed description of the work is outlined in Appendix A (Scope of Work).
