Completed plans call for the construction of a 24,320-square-foot, two-story above grade municipal facility; for site work for a municipal facility; for the renovation of a fire / police facility; and municipal facility.
Construction of a new 24,320 SF two-story, Town Hall building located on the site adjacent to the current Town Offices (Town Hall/Fire Department, Police Department, DPW, Library) complex, with associated MEPFP and sitework. Phased construction. Work also includes selective demolition/renovation of the existing Town Hall/Fire Department upon completion of new construction. Scope includes maintaining operations of the current Town Office complex, all active during construction.
