The Contractor shall submit qualifications for future 2022-2024 CIPP projects. The rehabilitation activities shall include installation of cured-in-place pipe liner (CIPP), pipe cleaning, televised inspection, lateral reinstatement, removal and/or grinding of protruding service taps, bypass pumping (if required), traffic control, and restoration. To qualify, Offerors must submit an Application for City evaluation as prescribed herein. Offerors deemed qualified to bid on CIPP projects, shall remain qualified in the respective pipe size range for a period of three (3) years, from January 1, 2022 through December 31, 2024, unless the Contractor is removed as a result of deficient work.
