Tallahassee Community College (TCC) is requesting qualifications for Construction Management at Risk (CMAR) services with a guaranteed maximum price for the partial renovation of the Ghazvini Center for Healthcare Education campus, located at 1528 Surgeons Dr. Tallahassee, Florida, 32308. The firm must be a licensed general contractor in the State of Florida and meet all other requirements as may be required by law and this RFQ. The selected Construction Manager shall provide all Preconstruction Phase services required to submit a GMP and shall provide all Construction Phase services following the award of the GMP. The Construction Manager shall provide services to incorporate all the requirements set forth in the Permitted Construction Documents, State Requirements for Educational Facilities, the Florida Building Code, Florida Fire Prevention Code, the National Electrical Code, and other applicable laws and statutes.
