Saving Project...

Renovation of a library in Stickney, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a library.

All Responsible Bidders submitting Bid Forms for this work are required to visit the subject site, compare the Drawings and Specifications in the Project Manual with work in place and inform themselves of all conditions. The Contractor shall provide to the Owner with a 2 Year Workmanship Warranty for repairs. Contractor shall also have approved applicator status for workmanship with the manufacturer on SBS Modified Roof System and EPDM Roof Systems. The Contractor will be required to pay no less than the Prevailing Wage Rates (as recorded by the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act - 820 ILCS 130 and in Springfield, IL) on this Project as established by the U.S. Department of Labor and must comply with the equal opportunity provisions set forth in the Contract Documents. The Contractor also shall comply with all Federal, State, and Local regulations. The Stickney-Forest View Public Library District reserves the right to determine the low, responsive, responsible bidder, to wave irregularities, and to reject any or all bids. Responsible Bidders will not be given extra payments for conditions that can be determined by examination of the site and documents.
