Criteria and their respective weights for evaluation of the ESSER 2022 HVAC upgrades proposal will be: (a) the purchase price: 50 points (b) the reputation of the vendor and of the vendor's goods or services and quality of the vendor's goods or services: 30 points (c) the vendor's past relationship with the district: 5 points; (d) the impact on the ability of the district to comply with laws and rules relating to historically underutilized businesses: 0 points; (e) Proposed Personenel: 5 points; (f) Financial Capability: 5 points (g) Safety Record: 5 points; total possible points 100. Texarkana ISD Board action for award is scheduled for Wednesday, November 17, 2021. Payments will be made by check. Interested vendors may call (903) 794-3651 ext. 1028 for additional information. Payment will be made by check with ESSER federal grant funds. Proposals must conform to specifications and will not be returned. The owner reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals.
