Painting of Station 2 apparatus bay decking The Holland Department of Public Safety's, Fire Division is soliciting competitive bids from prospective bidders to supply all equipment, material, and labor to prep, paint, and de-prep/clean up the apparatus bay decking at 279 Kollen Park Dr., Holland, Ml 49423. Specifications: 4 stall apparatus bay Work to be conducted in phases to allow for staging of vehicles/equipment Each phases should consist of 1-2 bays depending upon needs of the firehouse Caulking of any moderate cracking or holes in the ceiling Prepping off floors and walls to protect from over-spray/dusting Protect neighboring bays/vehicles/equipment from over-spray/dusting Prep lights, sprinkler heads, heaters, garage doors, and other various items Priming of ceiling Painting of ceiling Priming of black iron piping Painting of black iron piping De-prep/clean up Removal of all trash and debris from site upon job completion Deadline: Work to be started no later than Dec 3rd. and to be completed within 3 weeks Buyer's Requirements General Requirements - Insurance Required Award Requirements - All or None Award Bid Intent Not Available Delivery Point 279 KOLLEN PARK DR HOLLAND, MI 49423
