The project is anticipated to begin in early 2022. . The City of Holland officially distributes RFP documents through the Michigan Intergovernmental Trade Network (MITN) website https://www.bidnetdirect.com/mitn/cityofholland and through the Bids and RFPs page on the City's website www.cityofholland.com. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all submittals, to waive any information or irregularities in any submittal, and to cancel or revise this request. This RFP does not obligate the City to pay any costs incurred by any respondent in the preparation of an RFP.
