This call for tenders and the resulting work are conditional on the Côte-du-Sud School Service Center obtaining the ministerial authorizations required for the acquisition of lot 3 476 945 under the article 272 of the Education Act to the municipality of Berthier-sur-Mer. In the event of a refusal by the Ministry of Education, this call for tenders will be automatically canceled. Guarantee Any bid must be accompanied by a bid security representing 10% of the total bid amount excluding all applicable taxes, in the form of certified check, irrevocable letter of guarantee or bid bond issued by a financial institution that is a insurer holding a license issued in accordance with the Insurance Act (RSQ, c.
