Site work for a municipal facility in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a municipal facility.
The Procurement Division for the Town of Mount Pleasant (Town) shall receive Bids from qualified and interested Bidders to remove and replace a chain-link fence at its Lieben Road Facility located at 3745 N Hwy 17, as specified within the Solicitation Documents. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project. If you are an interested contractor and wish to be listed as a bidder, please notify our editorial staff at addtobidlist@constructconnect.com. The scope of work includes removal of approximately 850 linear feet (LF) of chain-link fence and barbed wire; removal of two (2) sliding gates; installation of approximately 1,260 LF of eight-foot (8 ft) aluminum fence; and installation of one (1) manualsliding gate and two (2) automated sliding gates. The new fence location is shown on the provided exhibit. All bidders shall provide pricing for an aluminum fence and gates. Questions Due Date: Oct 27th 2021, 12:00 PM EDT
