For Feasibility Study Fleet Maintenance Facility Mount Pleasant Waterworks (MPW) is soliciting statements of qualifications from qualified architectural firms to conduct a feasibility study for a new Fleet Maintenance Facility and repurposing of current fleet/maintenance area at their Operations Center located at 1619 Rifle Range Road, Mount Pleasant, SC 29466. The feasibility study will include a facility needs assessment, site analysis, conceptual design, preliminary analysis of sustainable options, cost estimating, and preparation of final report. It is the intent of this study to determine an overall budget for design and construction of a new Fleet Maintenance Facility on vacant property owned by MPW and adjacent to its Operations Center and repurposing of the existing fleet/maintenance area to allow for the expansion of MPW's Inventory Warehouse. MPW reserves the right to extend the contract with the selected firm to provide design, bidding, permitting and construction administration services. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time
