An annual agreement, with four possible extensions, to provide monthly traffic signal maintenance, extraordinary maintenance service, and respond to emergency service request as needed. Written Questions Due: October 28, 2021 GENERAL SCOPE OF WORK: CONTRACTOR shall furnish all necessary labor, tools, materials, appliances, and equipment for and do the work for the Traffic Signal Maintenance Throughout The City of Brea. Said work to be performed in accordance with specifications and standards on file in the office of the Director of Public Works and in accordance with bid prices hereinafter mentioned and in accordance with the instruction of the Director of Public Works for a period commencing 01/01/22 through 12/31/22. The prices quoted with the bid shall be in effect until expiration of the agreement on the date stated herein. The City and CONTRACTOR shall have the option of extending the term of the agreement, by mutual consent of the parties, four (4) times for periods of one year each. Should the agreement be extended, the contract prices shall be adjusted as set forth in paragraph 14 hereof.
