Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Brea, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center; and for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The work to be constructed hereunder is located primarily at the Senior Center, 500 Sievers Avenue (southeast corner of W Elm Street and Sievers Avenue), in the City of Brea. The work generally consists of obtaining all required permits, mobilization and demobilization, removing an existing area of PCC sidewalk at the southeast corner the senior center building, construct new PCC foundation pad for the proposed generator, furnishing and installing the new turn-key generator with 24-hour belly diesel supply tank with fuel containment, furnishing and install conduits and power supply wires from the point of connection to the new generator, furnishing and installing new electrical panel and Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS) to connect to existing panel on the north side of senior center building, furnishing and installing all required electrical equipment and appurtenances necessary for the generator to be fully operation, obtain all required permits from applicable agencies, including AQMD approval and permits for construction and to operate, providing all manuals and instructions to the City, resorting all damaged landscape, hardscape, or existing improvements caused by construction, and all incidentals to complete the work. License Required: Class "A" (General Engineering) or Class "C-10" (Electrical Contractor) or Combination of Class "A" & Class "C-10"
