Renovation of a municipal facility in Waco, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

As of 2/11/2022 project was not yet been awarded. No estimated time frame yet. The McLennan County Commissioners Court is seeking proposals for technological solutions to eliminate or substantially reduce the SARS-CoV-2 virus, which is the envelope virus for COVID19, other pathogens, bacteria and volatile organic compounds on a continuous basis in the air and on surfaces. The technology must be active versus passive technology. Please submit three (3) sets of the proposal; one (1) original and two (2) complete copies. The McLennan County Commissioners Court reserves the right to accept or reject, in whole or in part, any or all proposals submitted and to waive any technicalities in the best interest of McLennan County. Late proposals will not be opened. McLennan County will not be responsible for un-marked, or improperly marked proposals or proposals delivered to the wrong location. Proposals may be withdrawn at any time prior to the official opening. Alterations made before opening time must be initialed by the Respondent to guarantee authenticity. After the official opening, proposals may not be amended, altered, or withdrawn without the recommendation of the Purchasing Agent. All proposals become the property of McLennan County and will not be returned to the Respondent. No Trade is available for Renovation Severity. McLennan County is exempt from Federal excise and sales tax; therefore, tax must not be included in this proposal. The undersigned agrees, if this proposal is accepted, to furnish any and all items/services upon which prices are offered, at the price(s) and upon the terms and conditions contained in the Request for Proposal. Invoices shall be sent directly to McLennan County Accounts Payables Office, 214 North 4th Street, Suite 100, Waco, Texas, 76701. Invoices will be processed after notification that all supplies/services have been received/performed satisfactorily and no unauthorized substitutions have been made. Invoices must be itemized and must reference the McLennan County Purchase Order Number or RFP Number from which the contract is derived in order to be processed. Payments will usually be made within 30 days from the time McLennan County Auditor's Office receives the invoice, provided all products, equipment or services have been received or completed in accordance with specifications. Payment shall not constitute an acceptance of the item(s)/service(s) proposed nor impair the County's right to inspect or any of its remedies. All prices are to be firm. The Respondent shall include regularly printed literature as published by the Respondent which describes the goods, equipment, supplies or services to be furnished by the Respondent. Any proposals not conforming to the specifications shall be rejected. It will be the responsibility of the Respondent to conform to the specifications unless deviations have been specifically cited by the Respondent and acceptance made on the basis of the exception. Commissioners Court will grant the award for the proposal, which will be followed by written notification of the award. The notification of award, together with the RFP documents and the RFP Response by the Respondent will be deemed part of the contractual agreement. The agreement must be approved or drafted by the County's legal counsel. McLennan County may sign a contract provided by the successful Respondent, however any part of Respondent's contract which contradicts any part of the terms, conditions and specification requirements of this Proposal shall be considered null and void. The contract must be approved or drafted by the County's legal counsel.
